Angélique is the owner of Studio Be and Yinstar, based in Krimpen aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.

She teaches Yoga for about 6 years now and is certified in Classic Hatha (500hrs) Yin Yoga (200+ hrs) and Power Vinyasa (200+ hrs). 

Angélique loves to practice all styles of yoga both yin and yang depending on the day and time of the year in search of balance.

Angélique is currently is a teacher trainer in Yin yoga and anatomy at AALO Yoga Academie and at Yoga Vidya Rotterdam, works both as guest teacher and as assistant trainer at Pure Energy Yoga, organizes workshops and specials at Yoga Vidya Rotterdam and organizes retreats and Yoga at her own yoga studio. 

She never stops learning and always continues to educate herself in the field of yoga and anatomy and loves to share this newly acquired knowledge with her students.
