Lauren Labra is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), having completed her training at Radiance Yoga in Alexandria, Virginia in March of 2019 and at Beloved Yoga in Reston, VA in December 2021. Lauren loves both an active vinyasa yoga practice as well as yin and restorative. 

Lauren has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness. In addition to studying yoga, Lauren has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University, and a Master of Biomed ical Sciences degree from Midwestern University- Glendale. 

Prior to her overseas move, Lauren taught yoga at Results Fitness in Alexandria, VA.
