Hello, my name is Haruko. I am a certified RYT 500 and Integral Yoga 300 hour trained teacher specialiing in teaching Hatha, Yin, stress management yoga and meditation. I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years and have been teaching for 5 years.
I understand the toll that stress can take on our bodies and minds, and that's why I am passionate about helping others find a sense of calm and balance through yoga. I believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but also a mental and emotional one. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my students to explore all aspects of their practice.
My stress management yoga class includes poses/movements to release tension from the body, as well as breathing exercise and mindfulness practice to quiet the mind. I also teach meditation, which can help to reduce anxiety, improve focus and performance, and cultivate inner peace.
