Viry Guzman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Viry has practiced for more than 10 years, having her accreditations and trainings in Canada, India and Dubai. 

She has been teaching yoga for more than 8 years and her teachings include Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Prenatal, yoga Kids and more. She is Founder of @Theyogalabmx for more than 4 years in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Right now she offers a variety of Workshops YACEP, Teaching Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal and postpartum yoga and  Advanced Anatomy for yoga.
