Sahil Gulati is a human physiology and psychology expert and Founder of ‘YOGA NIYAM ACADEMY’ who spent the better part of his career teaching correct alignments and how yoga practices work on human body and mind. He was drawn towards yoga from an early age. He believes that “Discipline is the foundation of a successful and happy life.” He has completed plethora of yoga courses: -

  • MSc in Sports Management from Swansea University, United Kingdom 
  • P.G.Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, India 
  • Master in Science of living, Yoga and Meditation from JVBI, India 
  • Yogic Science from Bihar School of Yoga 
  • 200Hr YTTC Yoga Alliance Sivananda Ashram,
    Kerala 
  • 300Hr YTTC from Vyasa Yoga Peeth, Rishikesh
  • Grand Master Degree in “Reiki”
