Ioannis Chrysoulakis was born in Athens in 1971. He has a degree in Biology from Univercity of Athens. He has been studying the philosophy and practice of Yoga since 1998. He was student of Sri T.K. Sribhasyam (son of Krishnamatsarya), founder of Yogakshemam and world-renowned Yoga teacher. He is a certified teacher by the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT® 500). He has been taught in depth the philosophical and practical aspects of Yoga. This puts him in a unique position in the teaching of Yoga, where the scientific point of view is in line with traditional wisdom. He is one of the few students that Sribhasyam taught in Greece. He has been teaching Yoga since 2002. Since 2016 he has been a Yoga and Shotokan Karate instructor at IKKEN DOJO. He was an athlete and champion of the Greek National Karate Team (1991-2001).
