Tiffany Wan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She also teaches Pre & Postnatal Yoga.
Tiffany is passionate about spreading healthy and happy living – one yoga session at a time. She teaches with the belief that every person can practice yoga, and can discover his/her individual path for mind-body balance. Students are guided physically and thoughtfully to cultivate a nourishing environment that empowers each person to mindfully navigate daily living.
In her classes, beginner students are given precise instruction. Her classes ensure mindful breathing, full body movement, appropriate muscle engagement, and safe alignment. She provides students with real world tools that can be practiced off the mat.
Her yoga journey began in 2010 when she sought fitness and escape from city-life. Instead, she discovered mental clarity and a joyful method for living that not only had physical benefits, but also improved mental wellbeing, nervous system balance and immune health. In the chaos, yoga remained her constant – helping to overcome past traumas and uncovering the possibilities to accomplish more than the mind believes.
She completed certifications for RYT 200 and RPYT (pregnancy yoga) in 2018, is a keen student of yoga and its philosophies, and continues to deepen her education and practice of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation. Off the mat, she enjoys exploring different cultures, foods, art, design, photography, and travel. Tiffany believes in kindness, compassion, and love to all.
