Hi! I'm Kelley.
Throughout my years as an RYT, I have discovered that everyone's relationship with yoga is different. My mission as a teacher is to allow my students to find their own unique way of discovering yoga by losing any labels and expectations. Regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability - my obligation as a Yoga Teacher is to abide by the principles of equal opportunity for better mental and physical health through yoga to all individuals for diversity, and inclusion. My teaching style in fun and witty yet educational and powerful.
I completed my 200hr YTT at Yoga 4 Today in Sherwood Park, AB and my 300hr YTT at Prana Yoga Studio in Edmonton, AB. With over 1,000 teaching hours, my additional certifications include Advanced Yin, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Teen Yoga, Yoga for Children with Special Needs and Corporate Mindfulness Teacher Training. In addition, I am the founder of Wellness 4 Business-- a company that provides wellness programs and services to organizations and individuals looking to reach their full potential; mind, body and soul.
