I am passionate about yoga and good health. In a quest to know my own mind and body connection I have chosen a life’s path of music, education, and veganism. I have lived in Luxembourg for the last 10 years after becoming certified as a CorePower instructor in Chicago, IL and initially discovering yoga through Bikram’s Hot Yoga studios in Seattle, WA.
In every class, I set out to create a warm supportive energy that provides attention to the individual as well as a welcoming environment. I will challenge you to learn and grow your own unique yoga practice.
