Kelly Crenshaw E-RYT500, CRP has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2010 and has been teaching ever since. She studies in the Sri Vidya Lineage of Himalayan Master Swami Rama. Kelly is the owner of Essential Yoga and  teaches weekly yoga classes as well as offering private yoga consultations and was the Lead Trainer in Aspen Health Center's Yoga Teacher Training Program from 2015-2016. Kelly  is a Certified Reiki Level II Practitioner and  a Level III student of HT. She offers energetic bodywork through Reiki, Raindrop Technique, and Energetic Balancing sessions. She has mentored advanced training students through Vira Bhava Yoga and has co-facilitated retreats in NC. She has given lectures on Yoga and Meditation to The Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Knoxville Child Care Professionals Group, and was the owner of Aspen Health Center, a holistic health center and RYS in Oak Ridge TN, from October 2013- July 2016.
