Lina Almeida Marques is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance, and owner of Acero Yoga, located in Tuscany, Italy. Lina has been practicing yoga since 2002, and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Radici Yoga, Registered Yoga School (RYS) in Florence, Italy in 2018. While living in Toronto, Lina practiced regularly at The Yoga Sanctuary. Lina teaches a range classes from relaxing, beginner-friendly lessons, to dynamic, strength-building sequences. Her teaching style focuses on pranayama and alignment, and she offers bilingual classes in English and Italian.
