In January 2019 I completed my 200 HR Teacher Training with Yama Yoga  in Canton, Texas.  I studied under my teacher, friend and mentor Summer Smith!  

In August 2019 I completed my 95 HR Registered Children's Yoga Teacher training with Yogees Yoga 4 Kids.

My name is Danelle "Dani" Blanton and I live in Wood County outside of Quitman, Texas, off of Lake Fork, the Big Bass Capitol of Texas, with my loving husband, Ronald Paul, and our dogs Goose, Gracie Girl & Bella Bear as well as our flock of chickens and geese as we are growing our family farm and dipping our toes into homesteading!

I started practicing yoga because like many of you I was broken. I was trapped in my own body not only physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I found that once I made a commitment to self-care and a dedication to be present at practice that I began to come into balance. With time, I was yearning for my moments on the mat and I felt my body, mind and spirit flourish in so many unexpected ways. It was then that I knew my path in life was to learn this beautiful practice and share yoga and her many sister sciences with my community.

I have a passion to teach yoga to every body no matter their size, age, gender or phase in life. This passion led me to create Lake Country Yoga where I teach kids, teens, adults and seniors with seasonal water and land yoga classes. I am seeing huge gains in the water with students and now our chair class has graduated to a mat class. The power of the water continues with the addition of Paddleboard Yoga to our ever changing seasonal yoga here in Lake Country!

I have experience teaching Stretch, Hatha Flow, Restorative Flow, Restorative, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra as well as leading workshops & retreats.  Happy Feet, Cold Shoulder, Winey Wrists, Bees-Knees and Memory Maintenance as well as the Wildflower Warrior Retreat where we offer our services for free to Veterans & 1st Responders each year.

I continued on my path of education in August 2022 by completing my advanced immersive 300 HR Teacher Training in Peru with Kula Collective where we dove deep for 5 weeks near the Sacred Valley.   I now offer Soul Development Moon Ceremonies on our land.  We are in the process of transitioning Lake Country Yoga Pop-Ups to deep roots as we are manifesting LightWorker Ranch where EarthAngels and LightWorkers come together to do soul work in a safe sacred space .
