Laura Wynne is a Yoga Alliance Continuous Education Provider (YACEP) and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the highest level (E-RYT500). She has over 30 years of personal practice and training in yoga, philosophy meditation. 

Laura is passionate about making yoga available to everyone and accessible to everyone. As a she focuses on functional, embodied yoga and how students can integrate it into their lives, so as to improve the quality of their lives, physically, mentally and spiritually.

As a Laura is passionate about giving her students the knowledge to be able to be a safe and successful yoga teacher. But then the key is to support each teacher unlock their personal wisdom, so they are free within this structure to be an inspirational teacher and to live an life.

She is the founder of Aruna Yoga. Aruna Yoga is a very spiritual location, where students at all levels can come to reconnect to their personal wisdom: the wisdom of the body, the wisdom of the mind and the wisdom of the spirit. The heart of Aruna Yoga is the understanding that each of us already what we need to be inspirational. Sometimes we just need a little support to locate the key and unlock our potential.
