Tanja Benz is a 500hrs Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). 

Since more than 15 years Tanja practices Yoga. Tanja lived 2,5 years in Pune- India on an international assignment. During that time she was yoga student at the Ramamami Iyengar Memorial Institute - the heart of Iyengar Yoga - her teacher was the granddaughter of B.K.S. Iyengar. Additionally in 2015 she completed successfully the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga at Kranti Int. Yoga School in Goa- India. End May 2016 Tanja moved back to Zurich and started with teaching classes. 2017 Tanja did a further education in Anatomy and Alignment with Dr. Ronald Steiner, AYI Innovation. 

February 2019 Tanja completed successfully the 300hrs Yin- and Vinyasa Teacher Training.

Tanja has a beautiful  clear voice. Her classes are inspiring and balancing, challenging sometimes, she teaches mostly Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa Flows.

Tanja is Journalist and media consultant, she loves sailing and snowboarding.
