Ashley Michelle has taken her yoga journey to places she never thought possible. Certified in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Chair, SUPYOGA and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra ® as well as 100 hours in Meditation training.  Ashley was born to learn and teach. Ashley has been practicing yoga for almost a decade and claims that “yoga has changed her entire life!” Ashley has been teaching yoga all over the Niagara Region nonstop since she graduated her first teacher training in 2018. In 2020 Ashley lead her first yoga retreat in Costa Rica and believed her path was to lead retreats all around the World. When the pandemic hit Ashley and her partner Eric Martin decided to open their home, specifically, their ‘yard’ to host outdoor yoga classes. Ashley Michelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
