Since 2018 Sugeng Shi is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with Akasha Yoga Academy, a Registered Yoga School (RYS) in Bali.
He loves to practice hatha yoga every day. He sometimes also practises Niguma Yoga. It is a special form of yoga taught by the Diamond Cutter Institute for the participants of the executive workshops and intensives.
