Lisa Yazdani is a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Lisa has experience teaching yoga flow, gentle yoga, and restorative yoga classes. She offers private and group yoga and focuses on the mind-body connection.
