Boglarka's teaching focuses on the yoga practice she enjoys the most, a slow paced beginning level Hatha Yoga, with basic meditation and pranayama (breath work), rooted in Bhakti, devotion practice. Her classes will help students to start with very simple and easy poses at a slow pace, then implement the breathing while focusing on alignment. Some mantras and hand mudras that are universal and speak to all of us will also be taught, leaving plenty of space for relaxation and meditation. Similarly, she applies all these principals in her chair yoga sessions, mostly for seniors or individuals with limited mobility. She also offers semi private and private classes for new students who would like to be introduced to yoga, learn or just practice essential poses, build the foundations, while gaining confidence and strength.
