Hi,i’m Sybil .

I discovered yoga while deepening  my Oriental studies in MTC and ChineseMedicine  as a Shiatsu Operator .


I approached in the study of Yoga 

different styles and deepened    

in studying Vinyasa and Yin Yoga . 


I ‘ ve studied in particular Yin Yoga with Arely Torres Delfin ,fouder of YinYogaitalia.com .

She is a great and precious guide for me, following the teaching of Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley ,who introduced Yin Yoga in the United States  at the end of the 80’s with  his book “ Yin yoga Outline of a quiet practice”.

I’m also a Shiatsu Operator based in Italy, specialized in Namikoshi  style and certified at “Shiatsu Do  Academy “in Milan. 


Yoga helped me to channel my emotions through movement and awareness of breath to re-direct my energy in a positive way, while strengthening my physical and mental wellbeing. 


WHAT ARE BENEFITS OF PRACTICING YOGA?

Practicing Yoga helps us to focus on the present moment, improving many aspects of ours lives, including concentration, reaction time, range of motion in the body, flexibility, strength, relieving stress and anxiety from the mind and body and improving sleep and general wellbeing. Yoga brings the mind, body and breath into alignment creating an escape from everyday mind chatter and bringing calm into the body and into our lives.


WHAT IS YIN YOGA?

Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body; the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. Yin Yoga increases flexibility, circulation, facial release & joint mobility as well as releasing stress and anxiety from the body',restores the balance and preserves the vital forces of your body in a gentle and natural way.

 

Through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness it is possible to discover that life is already perfect.. you just need to allow it.


My purpose is to inspire you to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
