Kimber Alisse (she/her/hers) discovered yoga in her early 20’s and became hooked not only for its physical benefits, but also for the calming, stress-reducing properties of the practice. Over the years she was fortunate to train with seasoned Iyengar and Hatha teachers, eventually cultivating a solid home practice that included both yoga and mindfulness meditation.
Since receiving her Hatha yoga teaching certificate in 2018, she has taken immersions in Restorative and Yin yoga, sound healing, and trauma-informed approaches, and completed a course with Insight Meditation founders Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with (and learning from!) her students in the Front Range of Colorado.
An avid nature lover and hiker, Kimber infuses nature and mindfulness into her teachings whenever possible and strives to make yoga accessible to people of all abilities and body types.
