Jen Frohne received her 200 hour teacher training through Inspire Yoga in Highland Village and Denton, TX. She teaches vinyasa, gentle and yin yoga classes, and believes in a teaching style that helps make every student feel accepted, valued and empowered. Yoga has been an important part of Jen’s life for over twelve years, but it was in 2017 when yoga truly served a higher purpose in helping Jen physically, emotionally and spiritually as she recovered from a series of brain surgeries and setbacks. Yoga has given Jen the courage and confidence to be kinder to herself, live her authentic life, and truly appreciate the time we are given on this earth, and that philosophy and gratitude is passed on to her students in the hope that they too can live their most content and meaningful lives on and off the mat. Jen lives in Alexandria, MN with her family, and in addition to yoga enjoys spending as much time as she can outdoors with her children, golden retriever and boston terrier, and husband, and indoors during snow storms with her cats and a good glass of wine.
