Anna first landed on a Yoga mat because she needed a post-run stretch. And the rest is a history of Yoga simply proving its own magic.
Driven by an ever-growing fascination for the the joy that movement brings and stillness affirms, Anna is committed to pushing the boundaries of her own mind and body. Being a student of Yoga keeps expanding her horizons. And so as an instructor, it is her aim to create experiences which serve as pedestals on to which students can step to see to new horizons, too.
Anna is trained in Vinyasa/Flow (RYT-200) as well as Yin Yoga (100h YUJMU).
