Biography

The energy enters in her life first by her birth name, then in the choice of the university degree and conseguently in the working path: she promotes the development of renewable energy! Later it turns into prana through yoga.

In 2014 she discovered Ashtanga Yoga during a trip in Costa Rica, and she immediately loved this dynamic sequence which was the first moment of absolute concentration of her mind.

Lucia experimented one of Patanjali's most important sutras "Yoga chittra vritti niroda" and realized how the coordination of breath and movement (vinyasa), the use of the deep muscles of the abdomen (bhanda) and the gaze in a specific point (drishti) are the keys to concentrate the mind.

In 2016, Lucia began her career as a certified instructor by attending a 200-hours training with the Yoga Suite School in Rome and she specialized in Vinyasa, then she started an Ashtanga course as a student to progress in her practice, she attended various workshops in Rome and around Italy (ashtanga, arm balances, mantras) always with certified teachers.

Lucia in 2017 discovered the Rocket that became her second passion so she went to Bali in the summer 2018 to attend second 100 hours training with It’s Yoga Satellite School. She learned a lot about the Rocket routines among the It’s Yoga lineage. The Rocket is a dynamic sequence that increases the stamina puryfing body and mind.

Lucia continued her studies in Bali with Ricardo Martin and Kunkanit Phrombut (Joy) to improve her teaching techqniques of the Ashtanga series attending other trainings.

She founded inspiration in Lao Tzu's words "To the mind that is still the whole Universe surrender".

Biografia

Il suo motto è "To the mind that is still the whole Universe surrender" di Lao Tzu
