I am dedicated to sharing the Yoga tradition with eager students of different abilities and backgrounds.  My classes are warm and inviting.  I have been practicing yoga for over 50 years.  My motto is “Yoga is for every body”.  My classes are for any age, any ability.  You are always welcome.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently I am teaching in Galveston Texas at the University of Texas Medical Branch ,at the OLLI Cente, classes designed for seniors. 

I can facilitate yoga classes in a group setting, explaining the benefits of each asana and provide modifications based on physical limitations.

I provide a welcoming and comfortable environment, effectively communicating to students, with clear explanation of benefits of Asana with focus on proper alignment.

Verbal and assisted adjustments are available to modify and enhance poses based on individual needs.  I provide guidance on pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques.
