I started practicing Yoga in 2011. My first 200h TT was solved in 2018. The more I learn and experience, the more I am intrigued by what Yoga can do for you, Body and Mind. Also, it's fun! I teach Hatha-Yoga, with focus on alignment and adjustment to each respective body. My schedule comprises beginner and intermediate levels, in 90-minutes classes.
