When I found yoga (or when it found me) in 2004, I had been suffering from a debilitating panic disorder, generalized anxiety, and depression for many years.
The practice of yoga provided me with deep inner strength, peace of mind, the ability to control my breath and emotions, a steady meditation practice and a strong physical body. Yoga empowered me. Yoga gave me purpose. Yoga taught me that my suffering was not in vain. Yoga helped me to carry out my life's passion for helping others. And continues to do so to this very day.
I serve as a gentle and playful guide helping my students seek their greatest potential through the practice of yoga in a fun, loving, judgment-free space accessible to EVERY BODY.
