Rosemarie Williams is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I'm currently teaching Restorative, Chair including Meditation, Hatha, and Family Yoga and loving every interaction I have with all my clients.
Currently immersed in my 300hr Advanced Yoga teacher Training Yoga Guar studio located in Binbrook.
This deep dive will add Prana Restorative Yoga, Mudras, Yoga Nidra and Hot Stone Restorative Yoga to my practice. looking forward to sharing my passion to my clients.
Today I graduated with my 300 AYTT and am proud to share this accomplishment with my teachers Tamara and Rahul Verma from Yoga Ghar in Binbrook Ontario and fellow Sanga of Yogis Amanda, Erin, and Stephanie. When you teach with confidence and joy it brings your practice to a whole new level.
