She also trained with Laruga Glaser, Janet Stone, Saul David Haye, Sienna Sherman, Paul Grilley and Jason Crandell for example. She believes that all teachers should remain students and as she is passionate with learning, she is always training in different subjects in online courses or in-person TTC.
Gwen also teaches pranayama and yogic meditation as traditionally taught in India. She has studied with Kausthub Desikachar and Gregor Maehle and follows Krishnamacharya lineage.
She is as well trained in Restorative Yoga in the tradition of Iyengar with Judith Hanson Lasater, Lizzie Lasater and Cyndi Lee. Gwen teaches Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga classes. She also teaches Anatomy courses for 200 and 300 hours YTTC and has studied Yoga Anatomy with Physiotherapists and Chiropractors such as Monica Gauci, Judith Hanson Lasater, Paul Grilley and David Keil. She is also a certified sound therapist. Her teaching style combines a traditional approach to yoga with the needs of each individual student.
One of her big passion is to share everything she has learned and experienced with her students.
This is why she is helping yoga teachers elevate their yoga careers, stand out as yoga teachers and create their own yoga businesses.
