Twenty five years ago Colleen walked into a Yoga workshop on a Professional Activity Day, and fell in love! Over the years her practice evolved from purely asana based to mind, body, and spirit based and has continued to blossom. In addition to being an RYT-200 Colleen is currently studying for her RYT-500 through continuing education. Colleen is also a T.T. Practitioner, has diplomas in Autism & Behavioural Science, Crisis Management & Human Psychology, Behaviour Analysis & Interventions.
Colleen teaches Hatha Yoga, Gentle Hatha, Gentle Hatha with Guided Meditation Children’s Yoga, Youth Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Meditation. Colleen and her husband own a Yoga/Reiki/T.T. business called; Breathe & Be Yoga and are based in Pembroke, Ontario, Canada.
