Kathy Chappell is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I graduated from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Bahamas in 2018 with my daughter Samantha. I returned to my community where I teach on a regular basis. I am also certified to teach Kids and Teens and Prenatal through continuing education with Sivananda. I have also completed Introduction to Meditation with Sivananda.
I am very blessed and fortunate to have a group of dedicated yogis to instruct and enjoy my own personal practice.
