Vicky Richings teaches Hatha style yoga, personalised alignment based yoga with elements of flow in group and private classes in studio, online and community settings. She runs workshops, retreats and pop up and volunteer sessions. Vicky is also a tutor on the Camyoga Focus Awards Level 3 Award in the Foundations of Yoga and Camyoga Yoga Teaching Diploma (200hrs) and Advanced Diploma in Teaching Yoga (300 Hours)

She is the owner of Equanimity Yoga, having changed career from education to pursue full time yoga teaching. Her of interest include the psychological effects of yoga practice and inclusivity of students with disability.

Vicky is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT500) with Yoga Alliance and regularly writes for OM Yoga Magazine. She also has a YACEP registration and provides CPD for Yoga Teachers under EQYoga Training.
