Some might say that Tracy's passion for yoga is as big as her smile. Yoga has been her passion and practice consistently for the past five years.
Her classes focus on integrating breath, movement, meditation & philosophy to engage students in creating and nurturing the space between their thoughts, feelings and actions to find what yoga means in their daily lives.
Tracy believes that yoga encourages body awareness, love and acceptance. She encourage students to love the body that they are in as it is the only one they have for this journey that we call life.
Tracy is an RYT-200 and Certified Yoga for All Instructor.
