Jodi completed her 500 Hour RYT with YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide and she also completed a 200 RYT with Kundalini University.
In addition to her Yoga Alliance credentials, Jodi Is recognized as a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Jodi holds several Specialty Certifications including: 140 Hour YogaFit for Warriors - Trauma Sensitive Yoga, 100 Hour Ayurveda Coaching Essentials, 100 Hour YogaFit for Athletes and R & R Sleep Meditation Level 1.
