Christa has been practicing yoga for over a decade.

She is a certified ‘Yoga Alliance 200 RYT’ yoga instructor and enjoys teaching small classes focusing on breath, and proper alignment in the Hatha/ Vinyasa tradition.

Her teaching is designed to help students become more present to the beauty of the moment and to cultivate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual strength.
