My love of yoga has motivated me over my 22 + year teaching career. I began my journey as a certified yoga teacher in 2001 and was initiated into the Himalayan Tradition. I completed my 500 hour training in 2014  and got me IAYT certification in 2016.  

Love of yoga brought me to teaching. To share the joy, strength, and peace yoga has brought me continues to motivate my teaching. Teaching in the Himalayan Tradition, I work with a variety of practices encouraging students to be relentlessly optimistic and enjoy life each day.
