Heather has been a student of yoga for over 10 years. She teaches from her heart, and encourages students to expand their awareness, refine movements and cherish every breath. Yoga has become Heather's lifestyle and her life’s work. She aspires to nurture the physical, intelectual, and spiritual aspects of human experience.
