I moved to Portugal from the U.S. in 2016, and that's where my passion for yoga grew from a hobby, to a habit, to a passion. I first began teaching aerial yoga and then expanded my training to include vinyasa, hatha, yin, and myofascial release when I realized how much joy my students brought me.
I opened Cozy Yoga + Community with a friend in 2020 because it is an extension of everything I love: spending time with wonderful people, sharing a hot cup of something wonderful, and of course, yoga.
