Taylor, a 20 year practitioner herself, was originally trained in the Sivananda Hatha style of yoga for her 200 hr certification and completed her 300 hr certification in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY). Over the last six years her teaching style holds true to the Hatha roots while integrating Vinyasa with a touch of Yin. Taylor’s yoga classes are always trauma informed with a focus on creating a safe and fun environment for her students to grow and heal. Taylor’s goal as a teacher is to lead classes that will encourage students to increase awareness in the present moment, to reduce stress and tension, and encourage a stronger, nonjudgmental relationship with their body.
