Love, joyfulness, Mindfulness, and Transformation; these are what yoga means to Eunha.
Eunha found yoga to treat her shoulder pain. After a few years of practice the pain had been gone and she had experienced a strong sense of being centered, calmness of mind, joyfulness and learned how to take care of herself by mindfulness meditation. In order to share her both physical and emotional transformation in her life she decided to quit her job as an engineer and became a yoga teacher.
She has RYT-200 and RPYT certificate by Yoga Alliance. Also she is a certified post-natal yoga teacher and she has been taking Vinyasa/Hatha/pre/post-natal/therapy ball/breathwork workshops with teachers from all over the world.
