Michele is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has completed courses in Ireland, Scotland, USA & India, after beginning her practice in 1992. She has taught weekly classes in her studio, Soul Space, (Carrick-on-Shannon, Ireland) to adults, teenagers and children since 2015.
She also teaches Aerial Yoga & loves playing on her aerial circus apparatus. She is a lifelong student as well as a teacher, and continues to take workshops and courses annually.
She began offering YTT at Soul Space in 2020, as well as yoga & walking retreats to Spain & Portugal in 2022.
An Aerial Yoga Training will be introduced in 2023.
