Hello, I'm Nicole.
I believe yoga is an individual experience designed for everyone. My purpose is to encourage a mind body connection that can serve individuals both on and off the yoga mat. My goal is to create an empathetic, encouraging, and calming environment designed for ALL skill sets.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years. When I'm not teaching you will find me cheering on my children, creating recipes and dancing with my husband in the kitchen. I am so eager to share my passion and all elements of this practice with the world as a forever student of this life changing practice of yoga.
