Toffee Tong began her yoga professional training in 2011 and has been designated as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 200) by Yoga Alliance since June 2018.
Toffee is an active participant in many yoga contests. In 2012, Toffee has achieved the "Second Runner-Up Award" in the Ananda Cup Asana Tournament of the Hong Kong International Yoga Gala. Toffee is now a full-time yoga teacher. She conducts her classes in a lively fashion and gives many positive encouragements to beginner students.
