Maya has been a lifelong teacher. As an artist and maker she uses creativity as a vehicle for change and growth with her students at art retreats and workshops. She completed her 200 RYT through Mighty Yoga to incorporate breath and movement into her toolbox of offerings. Through mindful vinyasa she teaches how to flow with grace through challenging times and channel breath into everyday living with ease.
She guides her classes with gentle, steady love and focus on making everyone feel their value and true worth. By seeing who you really are, she’ll challenge you to become your very best self on and off the mat!
Maya has degree in Psychology from the University of California Santa Cruz and has been featured in numerous magazines. She’s published two books with a third on the way.
