I am passionate about sharing the tools of yoga to calm the fluctuations of the mind and bring a sense of ease and balance to life. It is important to work with a teacher, and I am thankful for the many mentors I have had along the way to shed light on these healing practices. I enjoy walking alongside others who are interested in learning these tools and opening to the perennial wisdom of these teachings through breath, movement, and meditation.
