I am a RYT500 in the Joliet, Illinois area, available for workshops, classes, events, and private sessions.
As a teacher, I strive to bring yoga to everyone, whether in a studio setting for a class or workshop, an event for a special practice, or into moments of our daily lives or private sessions.
My practices are Hatha based, and laced with intention, breath, mudra, asana, and meditation/mindfulness in creative ways. Yogis of all levels, from the most experienced looking to bring more intention into practice, to the beginner just starting a yoga practice, will enjoy my easy going teaching style and fun practices!
