I always felt that something in me was different. I was a dreamy child, not very concentrated and very dispersed. Artist, creative and hyper-sensitive I had a form of emotional intelligence (not really rational or academic) and was much later diagnosed with ADHD. When I was living in London, Yoga happened to cross my path and I felt like I found the missing piece of the puzzle. In this inner space to be myself, 100% honest… I stayed.

I continue to learn and train with Sri Andrei Ram and Simon Park several times a year, but also with teachers from the Dharma Mittra lineage. My classes are both spicy and gentle, always rooted in tradition with particular attention to the energetic aspect, they are however infused with various and varied techniques that do not necessarily belong to yoga. I am inspired by other forms of movement, neurosciences, martial arts in order to create a unique and accessible mix.
