I'm a yoga teacher who believes that our body and mind is one. And the shortest way to observe these is to sit down and follow breathing, do asanas, meditate - experience oneself! What a great way to to become true to oneself.
I believe that YOGA BELONGS TO EVERYONE. And I have taken responsibility to offer yoga in such a way (and places) that it is easily accessible for everyone. Since my second belief in yoga is, that YOGA IS LOVE, I'm doing my best to offer everyone a possibility to get familiar with it.
I have >30years of experience of yoga practice, but I have taught only some years - very gentle and accepting yoga, both flow yoga and yin yoga. In the way that suits each participant.
