I began practicing yoga in 2009. I quickly knew it would be a life-long journey, experiencing its emotional benefits transformational power. I completed 200-hour teacher training in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2014.
I currently teach styles of hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini. My classes offer pose sequences intended to shift energy and stimulate creativity by integrating breath and movement. Besides yoga, I enjoy other embodied mindfulness practices of ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, and capoeira.
