Julie Oxholm is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

I am the Yoga Studio Coordinator at Life Time Athletic Mississauga.  We have a wonderful team of yoga teachers that offer a variety of classes.

I have my 500 RYT and I am also part of our YTT faculty program.  I teach a variety of yoga formats such as, Yoga Sculpt, YIN, Vinyasa, Meditation, Ashtanga and Foundational yoga classes.  

In addition, I have taught workshops on beginner yoga, BOGA (floating yoga mats), core yoga and much more.

I have a passion and love for yoga and fitness as part of the LifePower Yoga linage with Jonny Kest, as my yoga teacher and mentor.  I have taken many continuing education workshops with teachers as M. Stephens, S. Corn, A. Peloso, M. Voss, T. Norian, J. Crandall and JP-Tamblyn-Sabo.  They have all provided me with the insight to know that it is not just about the postures but how we can give ourselves to our students.  To be compassionate and to make yoga accessible to everyone.
