We founded “Our Yoga Mind” as a couple with the unique concept to create mindful yoga experiences on the ground (Hatha-), on the water (SUP-) and in the air (Acro Yoga). Our yoga story started together in 2016 with the experiment of some basic acroyoga poses. Even though we weren’t exactly aware at that time what we were doing, it has quickly become our passion to discover new shapes, to switch off our mind, to connect deeper with each other and with ourselves. Beside of our partner practice, we started to develop our individual journeys also and then our curiosity about yoga made us travel to India. After completing our teacher training in Rishikesh in 2018, yoga became our spiritual, mental and physical guidance towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle.
We are trained as multistyle (Hatha and Astanga) yoga teachers, however our teaching style mainly related to the traditional Hatha Yoga. The reason behind is that we like to slow down, observe our body, work with the breath, discover the correct alignment behind the posture, and to look a bit deeper. We believe that yoga not only teaches us how to keep our physical condition on a certain level with the practice of asanas but also helps us learning self-care and becoming a conscious human being. So we support everyone in our classes with hands-on adjustments to experience the biggest benefits of the postures, and also, we aim to provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself - your history, your current limitations, your actions, and your expressions on the level of breath, body and mind.

Our classes are filled with love, power, empathy, tolerance, humour, female and male energy, balance and tranquillity. While Lilla (also a Certified Psychologist) usually brings more softness to the classes and will help you to work on your flexibility, Peter (also a Personal Trainer) will guide you how to build up strength.
